All sorted, I got a reply from the bloke saying he would stop making them and that he only made one spare after getting one made for his car. He was quite friendly to me.
My design is not the same as on dodge ram rumble bees.

I woulda said just compete and sell them on ebay yourself, market as original, and sell for 50p less than him... He'd soon quit...
