nimrodmk3 I'm going to Halfrauds on Saturday to buy Meguiars smooth clay detailing kit,Meguiars ultimate polish and Meguiars liquid car wax,do you think that would be my best option as I want to give my car a birthday
Get meguiars paint cleaner for after clay and before polish so you basically want the clay kit plus their stage 1, 2 and 3 - works a treat
I think I've spent about 500 in the last year lol

Saying this when Sachi came out of the bodyshop they told me to use a really mild shampoo for six weeks. I jokingly said 'johnson's baby shampoo' and the guy said yes, that will be perfect.. She smelt like my godchildren for a month!

I can't wait for the sun - I was bought a machine polisher for my birthday which hasn't been used in anger yet. Plus I have a pot of wax which cost me £50 which hasn't been touched yet!

Many years ago so did I... but we learnt all about how paints have changed so much at Meguiars and rules our parents taught us for car cleaning don't necessarily apply any more..
