Im pleased to announce the engine is fixed. All the credit goes to my brother who did all the work.
The bearings were replaced . Checked the engine with an endoscope and found a bit of metal embedded in the cylinder and head. Managed to remove it and it runs sweet, no idea where it came from .

The next job is to get the gearbox fitted . Then its ready for painting and wheel refurb. I got some Yokahama adven tyres for £48 off ebay .:lol:
