im guessing it was for a telephone job??
if so, they would be looking for people who can give short, concise answers, so that you can meet sla's and not take excessively long on a call.
still would have expected a bit more feedback though. its one thing that most companies fail on is giving quality feedback..

no it was a administration officer job, i can understand where you coming from but that would have been in a customer services role.

Saraj, i think it was good news that you got a interview in this mad world of ours.
When you take into account the number of people that are losing there jobs and how many must of been after that one job.
So just keep those cv going out mate some thing will turn up.

yh thats the way i think, atleast i got a job at the moment which im glad, yh ive sent my cv and done applications about 10 times since yesterday. so the day will come !
