Yeah if they had I would have been inclined to use them again as I would know they were reasonable - this way there's no chance of me using them ever again.......
I think it's really sad though that customer services for a prestige brand can barely speak english, nor does anyone proof read the correspondence before it goes out. Gives out a really poor image imho.

Our local chain isn't that bad... Christ knows what Mazda are going to be like when I have to start using them for parts eh?

Although there is a parts guy/mechanic called Ethan - from South Africa and is a TOP TOP guy, based over at the Westcroft site.
