Thats worse then me, at least I own a couple of good suits, several shirts and many ties!! Not that I have any reason to wear them. I was told I needed one at first, but they soon gave up telling me, and that was years back. As for non-iron shirts, I just assume all shirts to be non-iron shirts! Once they have hung for a few days then worn under a jacket for an hour, creases are not a problem. "Man ironing"! He spent half his first day being jeered at for it (well you have to break in the newbies somehow), by lunchtime he had gone out and bought a much more relaxed outfit (and gotten into the state of mind where the banter flowed back from him rather than just at him).
