Yeah, to be fair although he issued a VT30 he let me whack a legal plate on there then got my VT20.
Although he did charge me £15 for the 'privilege' of adjusting my headlight beam without asking me first.

you cant charge for that...its classed as a minor adjustment......... their for free...

Agreed, you can't charge for that! I got an advisory for headlight beam being distorted. The fool set off my headlamp washers, then tested the beam when the lamps where covered in soapy water!
