Been a while since I put anything in here... Long story short, had a pretty average season and pulled a hamstring.
Training has been going well since I moved clubs in September though, also changed my warm-up routine and had absolutely no problems with my hamstrings since then.
First indoor competition of 2014 at Lee Valley in London Sunday just gone...
I was 2nd with a time of 7.06 (0.04 away from my PB), got pipped on the line by that guy on my right who did the massive dip. lol
I'm the purple one in lane 4 by the way...

My new 60m PB as of today (technically yesterday, Saturday) is now 6.99
Not a huge amount off, but it counts for more over 60m as the race is so short, and 7 seconds is another 'barrier' broken.
The only realistically achievable one left could be potentially going under 21 seconds in the 200m within the next year or two.
