Lexusboy Guys i think the driver will end up with lots of points, speeding, then due care and attension, and not stopping after having a accident.
Your right Wozza the road is fairly straight but there were no one walking down the lane at that time.
Lucky as well that time of day normally have rider out on there horses.
There are just some people who can't drive for :cursing:, I see 'em everyday, even in a straight line.
Glad they've been caught and there's some insurance, how about adding the injury to your back into it?? It has occurred due to the damage that they've caused, it's worth a shot eh!

Although i think the driver is to blame i have had a problem back for a number of years.
I should of known better than lifting a small brick colume.
Had i not had a problem back then your right i should of added this to my costs.
