LOL dont know if people will like it but this is the idea:

Using the Full beam part as the hole,
then retro fitting MK6 Fiesta HID's as they are both full and dipped beams in one bulb into the standard dipped part, nearly there with it, just a little sanding, seal, and job done.

Its only on the drivers side, (though the fiesta bulbs will be on both sides)
So the air can get straight to the air filter directly, though i will have a cap to cover the hole on grim days, and more than likely a permanent mesh as well.

Well seen as i dont have the car back yet (new diff only arrived at the garage late Friday)
ive done a couple of jobs today:
Wrapped the interior B Pillars:

Now its by no way the finished article, just more to get an idea if it would look good.
What do people think?
I like the colour, but maybe put a layer of lacquer onto to give it a shine?

Just the standard Silver, ive only sprayed the edging with the blue to see if it would look any good.

I actually dont think i have mate lol.
though i do like the look so i think i will go through with it on all wheels.
will be a couple of months though as the Santa Pod fiasco has cost me £650 to sort out. So my painting i was going to get done on the bonnet/bumper etc is back a month cause i also need new front tyres this month but thatll be back a month as well.
