That is indeed lucky, valves work better without extra metal bits from turbo fins joining the party.

Not had much time to play with it yet but hopefully i'll have it under the polisher by the end of the week :thumbup1: will update as it goes as it should be a bit brighter soon :biggrin:

Just spent 5 mins doing a test polish on it mate,

its so far gone from this..

Got loads to do on it yet so hopefully i'll be able to remove a lot of the casting marks between the lettering and around the whole unit, going to sand it down some more though to see if i can remove most of the marks?? slowly starting to shine and actually looks a lot better in real life :laugh:

Just ordered 60 fine drum sanders mate, so i'll hopefully be able to remove all the casting marks in between all the tight joints, and then i'll wet sand it again for a few hours and then give it a good blast on the polisher :thumbup:
