Well finally got it all wired up. The guy wired it up for me before I went away.
So when I came home I fitted my new ipod cable to the back of the stereo and attached my new fascia because I butchered the last one . Now everything works but there is soooo much buttons and functions to learn what they all do.
The first problem that I have to figure out is why when I listen to the ipod then change to the radio I get both ipod and the radio coming out of different speakers at the same time .
I must sit down and read the instructions .

Sounds like you've got zone control turned on! Lets you play a different source to different zones (i.e. something different in the front to the rear, etc).

I hate reading stuff like that, its far easier some one telling you how it works
