An interesting read above about IVA, you do get the feeling that modded car are going to be in the spot light for VOSA, DVLA and Police checks in the future .

hate to be all doom and gloom,but i got a feeling this is the start of it,trying stop people modding they cars,and stop the whole modded car thing,only good thing is with less police about cos of the cuts hopefully they wont hassle us too much.

I don't see it as them trying to stop people modifying their cars. They're just trying to make sure that any modifications are safe and legal.

i really hope your right there,i think theres to much money to be lost if they started trying stop people mod they cars,just think how much people spend on mods in the uk alone a year.
