Lexusboy I bet you feel gutted Marcus all the blood and sweat you put in?you could say that mate, took me so long to get the car up and running, but with something like this the work never stops,(if you know what im saying) theres always something else that needs doing, if i did not need a work van i would never have sold it, but thats the way things go sometimes, but i will be back with something else in 5 or 6 months

At least it's gone to another enthusiast Marcus, so Asi can enjoy it. Also, at least you sold it at all, it would have been even worse (surely ?) to have had to strip it down and sell for parts etc ...

Sitting nEar Manchester in a service station have a little rest. So far loving the car just having few small probs. First the speedo does not work and like marcus said it needs a ecu and to remaped and they will work so bit a nightmare with the cameras :lol: also the gearbox is very lazy and need to pushed hard to get going so far been through one tank of v power so people fuel contribution. The car is also very cold because the water pipes have not been connected. Pipes are there just need hoses and that should be sorted. Love the way the car sounds. All I can say is that beast sounds lovely.
Now I have been thinkig instead of getting the car painted soon. Instead it's getting changed to manual and remaped very soon. Going to phone Thor racing tommarow to order the bellhousing And stuff and see what clutch they can provide. Going to order injectors soon and that should be it
Well will update once I'm back at around 1-2ish depending on how many more rests we take

Yep I am trying. My cousin driving a van with a trailer at the back of it with a car so he's doing around 65mph so I'm jus sticking behind him
