i got it cheap because it looked like this:

took a bit of careful soldering and extending wires but i got there and its all spot on now.

Haha. Never even made it into my car either! Well I bet the price dropped every time it changed hands too, so you did well out of that one. Not that you ever seem to have a problem with getting parts cheap, you appear to have an uncanny ability source rare and desirable performance parts in exchange for magic beans... or something!
