Quite hard to tell from the pictures, but I'd say that's about right. If anything you could maybe take off a tad more, but that's just my interpretation of the pictures.
I'm thinking maybe a dust sheet might have been a good investment? :lol:

will take the new head to the engine cleaners this week and then start rebuilding.
finally the new ride i bought the nephew for Christmas, he loves it!

LOL i realised that about the dust sheet today after some serious sanding.
Just need to figure out how to attach the arches now, im thinking cutting lines down the existing arch, bending them up slightly, then rivets to the flaps, and sealant as well.

Lol I'm working hard to make sure it is finished. Got some many jobs to do though. But the rebuild, smoothing and arches are the big ones.
