What wastegate you using? That's not stuck open is it?
As for the pcv, you can just leave the crank case to atmosphere. I did it last year and itwas fine,

its the one i got with the turbo kit from ike the main problem is i cant get to it but i dont think it is stuck open as there is no gases coming through the screamer pipe

If you've no boost and a low vacuum I'd say there's def a leak somewhere.
It's not scientific but get some carb cleaner and spray it on various areas. When you find the leak the engine will change revs.

on a worse case scenario could i have low vacuum due to blow back from the pistons??

Could be small, but once you push more air at it it'll get bigger!
