It is a flare as imports cars from Japan often have these.
At least that what i think it is.

Bandit i wanted to let mine off, i decided that when i sold the car i would let mine off.
My car was sold while i was in hospital and never got the chance to let it off.

there just like the ones you see in the american films mate, just like a big bright match, i set one off in a scrap yard a few years ago to see what it was, and couldn't put the ****** thing out so had to try and bury it :laugh:

Started on another couple of parts today, These are the intercooler pipes in the right hand side of the engine bay, wasn't sure if i should polish them or respray them? so decided to see if they would polish up?? Not got much polishing stuff left at the moment so will see how they turn out? then if and when i get some more polishing gear in stock i'll give them another good going over :blink:

Going to need quite a bit of work these, with the stuff i have left to work with :cursing: So looks like it will be another prep job :Sulk:
And hopefully the bigger pipe will be in better condition when i start it? :Chair:
