Bad news I'm getting blow by as smoke is coming from the breather and dip stick compression test time it's all looking bad any one know what I should get as I've changed the pistons for the 1g gte ones

That's the readings I get and number one spark plug had all on it oh no!!! Lol will I get any luck

They do seem a bit varied! What's that in PSI? Did you test with the throttle wide open?

Just checked 1 and 5 again 1 is 140 and 5 is 130 so 5 is my def blow pass but the others are low anyway not sure if this is because the low compression pistons of the 1ggte in a 1gfe block or am I just wishing lol

My mr2 was about 160 a cylinder and that was a GTE engine so was around 7.5:1 compression.
Workshop manual reckoned +/- 14% was acceptable
