Well it's not good news. Valves are leaking like a sieve.
So it's head off, valves relapped and rebuilt.
Thankfully I've a spare head so thats gone for lapping with its valves, and I'll order the head rebuild kit tomorrow from Toyota. It's just annoying as that's the only part of the build I got someone else to do and the job, to be blunt, was terrible.
I also won't be able to go to the rscs this weekend as I have no car. So if anyone wants a free ticket pm me and I'll send it by special tomorrow for the cost of postage.
If I can maybe get the rebuild kit and head by Friday Can get it mapped before the mapper goes on holiday on Tuesday, if not then I'll send the car to the body shop and get the arches finished then rebuild it after.
So annoyed but I've found the problem.

Electrical I'd have preferred lol.
Just annoyed at the company who did the lapping, won't be going back there, thinking I may pull the whole engine out rather than work on the engine in the car. It's only a couple more hours work.

I'd seriously be asking for some money back + time spent fixing it mate. Glad you've found the problem though, I think I speak for the whole OJC when I say it will be good to see one of our flagship cars back on the road.
