just bought a freesat hd reciver BUSH HD DIGITAL BOX i have connected it to the LMB
but i cannot get any sound / visual on the lcd with the hd lead with the tv set to the correct port
i can get sound / visual through the scart lead
I WANT TO WATCH HD

I think with some boxes you need to connect via the scart first and then tell the box to use the HDMI.

ok this is what i have tried :
it works using the scart so used that and tried to find to swich it over to hdmi (like ps3) but not go the option
tried the tv menu with it set to the correct input tried all combinations i could no luck
checked all the cables are tight
last but not least gave up

you got a mate with an HDMI TV that you can test it on to see if the box or telly are maybe faulty?

little problem
got sky in the front so got connection from lnb but 42" plasma no hd (bought it before hd)
