Does anyone know what i can do to make these look abit less of an eyesore

Maybe getting rid of the bits that stick out and see if u could add abit of heat to smooth them off,
Other than adding filler and painting it I don't know.
I'm guessing it was phone holder or similar

I can only emagine a phone holder. Why anyone would put phone holder there I have no idea.

As above, you could neaten up the edges of the holes for a start. Just trim it off with a very sharp Stanley knife or craft knife. I wouldn't attempt to fill it yourself though as that semi rubberised finish is very hard to match with paint unless you do the whole panel.

if you want to do it yourself, heat it up the trim off the edges with a craft knife as said. then you could fill the holes with tiger seal. this will go like rubber and can be cut back flat to the dash, and its like that colour so will not be so noticeable.
