Right guys thought I'd post up my progress and what I've done to the car
Sorry if its a bit weird just copied it from another forum lol
Well after posting bits and peices all over the forum decided to finally get round to doing a build thread.
So in the beginning i contacted mike at Torque GT in devon about importing car to order ......... after around a 6 month wait this came up, 1999 with 92000kms

Won car at auctions so it was off to port ready to be shipped

After what seemed like an eternity ( 6 weeks) car finally arrived and was given MOT, Tax, Registration and service.
Flew down to exeter to collect drive home was EPIC!

First mod was to replace the factory head unit

Next thing on the list was to do the exhaust, so got RJM in glenrothes to custom fit for me

Also the winter had completly destroyed the alloys as can be seen in the pics above so got them sent off and painted the same colour as the car

Happy with the finish on them but only thing that bothered me ever so slightly was the colour match was not 100% .... but what can ya do lol

Managed to get myself an HKS 4-2-1 manifold second hand

Plan to get decat done at same time as fitting ........ also ordered manifold gasket from toyota.
manifold and decat fitted ...... sounds awesome ..... some lovely popping and occasional flame! Happy days!

One thing i had planned on doing since i got the car was to black out the lights ........ headlights were first to get done.
Had to remove front bumper to get lights out

A quick bake in the oven to soften the glue and pulled them apart ..... easier than i had anticipated

Time to get stuck into the rear lights.
Managed to get a second hand set of rear clusters off gumtree cheap ....... incase i made a c*nt of this lol
Got dremmel out and thin cutting blade and carefully cut round the seal all the way round and gently pulled apart

Was on ebay other night and ordered a set of 3000k HID bulbs for £6 inc P+P lol , What do you think?
8000K - slightly blue

Id need to buy a separate HID kit ..... My fogs are H3 not HB4, but yeh I do want to put the 3000k in there. The fogs are quite yellow even with standard bulbs in.
