some of the stuff was ridiculous.
though if you watch children's television today you can still see some of the presenters wanting to say something when an innuendo pops up.

Aparently, BBC made this footage (And others like it), to send around the office on VHS. As in these days, many people didnt use VHS as it was new technology to many. So these leaked out and they stopped the "Joke" episodes as general public was getting hold of them.
Probably not true, but ive heard that :/
