Its the end of this years fasting, and the Muslim world is celebrating the day of Eid-Ul-Fitr.
I want to say Eid Mubarak to everyone whether you are Muslim or not.
And may God ensure our lives continue to future Eids !

Its nice that its all on the same day for once for most of the UK
The fasting has meant having no food/water from around 4 - 4.30am to 7.30 - 8.30 pm depending on timings. Its made it hard to get on Outlaw Jap too!:laugh:

Unfortunatly not mate........... think I have actually put on weight because I can't get to the gym due to getting thirsty while fasting and then when the fast opens you eat in one go which i not reallly good. :blushing:

i actually lost weight whether thats becuase of fasting or just me not eating alot and excercing more,
lost about 1.15 stones in like the last month, which aint alot but for me, being at a fixed weight for like the last 3 years, is some progress
