I'M having a hard time trying to get my deposit back for the f######,they want me to put it in writing, and i've just about had:w00t:,,,,,lexus GB ARE NO HELP, PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL:LOCMOD::thumbdown:NOW I have to wait until monday**** off now

I have done that already ,and F A happened,,, i made 15 phone calls to them and they keep saying the some f#### thing,,it between u and the dealer

Best thing is to contact trading standards and explain what happen and you told the dealer this was a surprise present.
Maybe worth also speaking to a solicitor.

I hate when **** like this happens to people, ring them up say to them if they dont deal you will give them a present quite literally, and then speak to trading standards
