320d ED - parthiban - 20-12-2017 There has to be a catch with this car right? On paper it's mighty impressive and makes many other cars look a bit silly! 70mpg, 109g CO2 and a car that still does 0-60 in 8s.......... All the reviews say it's pretty decent to drive as well and all the economy hasn't compromised its driveability......I think Mercedes, Lexus and Audi have a bit of headscratching to do......... 320d ED - Anees - 20-12-2017 I've personally always thought BMW diesels are miles ahead of the competition. 320d ED - Anees - 20-12-2017 Marsdendean My dad had one for a curtsy car (BMW 320D Auto) and he did not like it. The main problem was you put your foot down, nothing would happen, then all of a sudden drop down and go for it. Well......its an auto! :p (sorry.......thats a Gord-ism) My mate has a Seat Leon FR (new shape) mapped to 200hp and thats nice, but still abit noisy compared to a BMW diesel. 320d ED - parthiban - 20-12-2017 Anees I've personally always thought BMW diesels are miles ahead of the competition. Yeah you're absolutely right, but then the difference was smaller. This ED version makes them all (including their own normal 320d) look really stupid. 320d ED - Rolex - 20-12-2017 i bought my 320d after i sold the is200 and i have to say i have been very impressed with it. 320d ED - Anees - 20-12-2017 I like the V8 4.2L Diesel that Audi makes........the torque is insane!!!!! 320d ED - parthiban - 21-12-2017 Anees I like the V8 4.2L Diesel that Audi makes........the torque is insane!!!!! It's a shame BMW doesn't make a big V8 or V10 diesel as I'm sure that would also be very impressive, and something I might consider myself! |
