Are there other problem with you opening up web pages.
The site say your need the following
To Viewing the contents requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0SP2 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or greater.

no virus everythings up to date and other web pages open up ok,i only use google chrome normaly

I have been getting exactly the problem you describe with IE for a while now (IE 8). Firefox never used to work for me there but it has done recently, and I tried just now (Firefox 3.6) and it worked ok.

firefox works but i dont get the pull down menu on the left

I get that menu on the left fine in Firefox 3.6. Sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you Aaron. Try doing a Ctrl-F5 (assuming you're on a PC) to force a full refresh of your browser.
If that still doesn't work for you, tell me what bits you're after and PM me your email address, and I can send you the relevant PDF(s).
Edit - Chrome won't give me the left-hand menu though.
