Hi All,
Not sure if anyone here goes to the Goodwood Festival of Speed but it's a fantasic event to see, you can get so close to the cars. Here is a little pic of Lewis Hamilton in a SLR 722s Roadster........very nice.
There is so many cars from all ages and you can touch them talk to the drivers, sometimes they even let you site in them....it's my Heaven

Hi Ian,
It's on every July, 3 day event you can go up there and camp for the weekend. if your into cars there just is no better event IMO, i was a guest with Jaguar this year so got to speak to Sterlin Moss, Hamiltons dad and so many others. such a good day.

I have heard that it is a fantastic day out, bit far for me though. Think Lewis might need a wee cushion to sit on, as he is struggling to see over the steering wheel in the 1st photo :biggrin:

I went to the Goodwood Revival once, several years ago, and got Damon Hill's autograph, along with Murray Walker, Martin Brundle, Stirling Moss and various others. The Revival has a retro theme, and is on from 18th to 20th September this year.
