Oright,
Just an update on my accident.
The liability is still continuing and the third party wont accept 30% at fault, and obviously 70% my fault. There basically saying cause I've done the Driving Improvement Course that I have accepted full liability.
Which is funny cause what other choice you got apart from going to court?
Direct Line have asked me now, whether I would be willing to go to court to fight for 70/30, of which I've said yes ! I dont mind its not me paying for the legal fees as that was an option I selected when taking out the policy.
Interesting to see whether now the third party will accept it, with Direct Line basically saying lets go to court.
Will keep this updated.

you reckon? thats a good point actually, I might go over my T&C's first and see what that says about legal fees, then give them a call,

Blimey!! Work are changing lease providers and I've had an Avis hire car for three months now - some of them have had one for five months continuously so God only knows how much that has cost!
