How much weight did you put on after xmas?
i put on near enough a stone and went from 14st to 15st in a fortnight pretty much
lack of gym and eating discipline is what im blaming haha

I lost 7kg, but had the swine flu that may have something to do with it.
Now a healthy 99KG. 1st time under 100kg for years!!

haha i blame my misses for buying enough for 10 people only for there to be 4 of us lol
any plans to shift the added weight? apart from phil lol
im on the slimfast diet and going gym again, monitoring my calorie intake on a handy iphone app that tracks everything and tells me if im not getting enough of certain nutrients etc, im only in the red for fibre which i need more of,

Ive just weighed my self in at 71kg with my work boots on i was 107kg this time last year before i moved out of my parents

wish i weighed so thats about 15 stone? im 15st and weigh 95kg there abouts
wish i was 71kg!!
