Whenever i paint plastic,

use plastic primer first, seems obvious but a couple of thin coats of that then thin coats of whatever colour you want after

Plasti kote do great paints, and in my experience the satin black is a near perfect match for the is dash. But.... Definitely use a plastic primer first. You wouldnt paint bare metal without laying an etch coat down first so follow the same rule with plastic

Plastic specific primer is the key. The right primer and paint and it should never peel.
