Show Jumping - dodgydave - 07-06-2019

Went to the Kent County Show on Friday and I thought I just post up some of the pictures I took of the show jumping.

All taken on my Panasonic Lumix G2 with the standard 14-42mm lens

Taken on shutter priority set at 1/1000 sec

I used the multi shot mode so I could take a series of shots and pick the best one from each jump.

I have cropped the pictures in photoshop to look like I was zoomed in closer, of course using this method you loose some definition.

I'm definitely going to buy a longer lens so I can zoom in closer.

great photos, the definition is fine for this purpose I would say.

Having been to 100's of horse shows over the years I know just how hard it is to get a good photo without multi shot!!!

Fantastic pics, we had professionals at our shows and I'd say those are better than most of the pro shots I saw

Nice work dodgy. Nearly more horsepower than a standard is200 in those shots alone
