Serps - jomo - 22-08-2019
Hi guys, about 20 years ago i remember signing either into or out of Serps!
(was 20 years ago so forgive my aling mind)
About a week or so ago i found a link to a website re: miss sold serps, and the possabilaty of a claim and a refund!
Anybody on here heard of such a plan to reclaim moneys back from miss sold serps or have gone through such a company to make a claim?
Any advice welcome.
Martin

Be wary. Most companies offing this type of thing are dodgy! Not all though, so just be wary.

I'd go through a financial advisor that you trust rather than these companies.

Yep most of those companies are dodgy as hell, the issue with contracting out is not as widespread as with other recent issues so you have to have a really strong case.
Have a look on the moneysavingexpert forums before you decide to do anything on this.
