They've being around for years, my mate had one fitted to his Peugeot 205 GTI.
They also do the smoke in different smell's so they can be used to freshen the inside of the car!

a long time ago my friend had somthing like this in his boot when he was at shows the boot was opened(he hed a very large sound system)when the strobes came on the smoke came out........
