HELP HID Kit not working

well just bought two brand new ultra HID kits one 9005 for main beam
and one 9006 for dip beam.
Iv fitted many sets of these basically plug and go. ( IN OTHER CARS )
For some reason tho these ones wont work in my is200.
Iv tried both hid bulbs and ballast's from each kit and no light from them
when I put the standard bulbs back in they work fine..
Has any one any idea as to why this is ?
Any help would be great

Flip the input leads over , like leds these only work one way.
