What's the different belt sizes for each given pulley size? Also do you need to have a tensioner in place or not?

For a standard pulley u want a 5pk790 bot sure on bigger and yes u need a tensioner

From a supra mate, have a look on my build theres a pic in there, in fact all the info on chargers is in there lol,

Cost about £30 of ebay

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I'm going to finally get the last couple of bits that I need now to have the charger finished and running before show season. Anyway, Pat, which Supra tensioner do you mean?
