I won a ebay auction last week for a new Ralco gear knob.

OEM one is on the left and the Ralco one is on the right.

Again, OEM one is on the left and the Ralco one is on the right.

I like the Ralco unit as it works well with the B&M shortshifter that I have installed. The Ralco unit is made from the same material as the B&M shortshifter and it has a slightly less shiney finish.

I think the old gear knob looks better though imo
