Marsdendean Stav is it a single one, and how much are you selling it for??
Would you consider a swap for those bulbs + a few quid??
I also need to work out a way to have them on a switch, as i wouldn't use them all the time

widnes_is200 brake lights too flash and the fog too act as break, butt also fog work as normal when needed,
Right you need two flasher units (i'd suggest single circuit units, regardless) and also some diodes.
The instructions for your fog/brake conversion etc are here:

basically to just have the rear lights flash and not the fogs you'll need to fit the flasher unit, after you tap off for the fog conversion. One for each side
