21-01-2019, 03:18 PM #1well today i got my tab and want to use it with my bluetooth headset( sony ) have paired it up but when it rings and i try to answer by using the answer button from the headset i just get beeping< like i want to make a call

If you answer from the tab do you get sound through the headset? Which headset have you got?

When the headset is paired, do you get the connected symbol in the notification bar on the tab?

Does your headset have a switch on it to swap between one device or multiple devices? If it does try flicking it.

It's definitely strange, hadn't used it up until now but to test it out just paired up my HBH-DS970 (also a walkman headset) with my galaxy S and it works perfectly. Phone call went straight through, and music is great too, can even control play/pause and track up/down.
