Dan_Turism0 yep still works out cheaper than most places
It is cheap, and a good enough kit, though personally I would not get a last gen kit like this, but a newer one with plastic mini-ballasts (more like the first link posted), not the older big metal ones. Though that's partly as when I do mine I will have 6 ballasts to hide, and probably why they are so cheap.
