Paid another £4 and got the profinish carbon though - supposed to give a better finish with a more accurate pattern as it's impregnated with resin on the rear so it holds the weave in place.

Yes, as I said, I have a roll of black profinish but have yet to try it. The aluminium carbon fibre was not available in the profinish unfortunately, but I doubt if it would have made a difference in the skinning of my component.
