Anyway I managed to get and fit my new Coil Pack, oil change and Brake Hoses, Heres the work I have done.
Well lets start of with the Oil shall we,
Got intouch with Opie (who where very helpful as per) and got everything I needed (bar brake fuild as i forgot :S). This is my collection of oils.

I managed to get the car over a pit that i found at work, and what come out the engine was TAR or so I thought anyway

Once that had been binned and new stuff in she was has happy as ever.
So I then moved onto my Coil pack I got,

The old ones where easy enough to get out,

I then fitted my Hoses, Bought nicely from HEL

The old ones where a right pain in the butt to get out etc, but I got there,

Still have a lot more i want to do to the car, new turbo etc but money is short :-(
Thought I better update this thread as I have been doing some more work to the car while work is leaving me alone.
