new update.... had a small issue with my turbo :whistling:

took it apart and this is what i found

further investigation and i found all this in the intercooler

so as the car stands at the min ....

with thanks to Dan ..... i got hold of a new engine thats had a bit more work dont to it , so drove to Cardiff to pick it up

so thats as far as i am at the min , next step is to clean and paint the new engine and get a turbo!!!

dont think anything passed the intercooler but the new engine will be going in any way at some point .... when i have the energy to get up and go fit it lol

yeah it was a part of the air filter , a kind of restrictor ring if you know what I mean.... was gutted when I found out what it was as it could have been avoided , but o well nothing I can do about it now
