My little project - IS200 Turbo
When I was asking bodyshops if they could roll mine I was offered the scaffolding pole method, but I told them to F off and said its a Lexus and not a poxy Nova

The car is still very good thanks. Dean - that's the kind of nightmare scenario that I could end up with in the worst case, I hope it doesn't come to that !

I checked my fuel consumption and I'm getting about 29mpg. Which isn't bad, I think.
There is a bit of lumpiness in how the car runs when it's on a very light throttle between 2000 and 3000 rpm, I'm not sure if this is a mapping thing.
Still need to sort the gauge pod, I haven't made any progress on that yet.
I've got a lot more used to the lightweight flywheel. I think it doesn't help that I've changed the clutch, which now has a different biting point (i.e. both the way the clutch acts and the flywheel acts are different now), and I've stalled it a *lot* less recently.
Don't think I need any arch rolling guys thanks, I'm quite happy with my Chicanes !

Forgot to add - it's dyno day today !
Off to Surrey Rolling Road later, dyno graphs to follow ...

look forward to the results :thumbup1:
Good to hear things are going well Steve and you're getting used to the clutch and flywheel, it would be a major change reallly in one hit but I am sure you're getting loads of practice in
look forward to the results :thumbup1:

Oh, and it hasn't used any oil either yet  (I check it regularly)
Need to sort out the engine check light too, which as I described earlier, is just due to a spurious code about an O2 sensor - I'm going to be replacing that with an O2 simulator.
