hmmmm, best get me thinking cap on then. Apart from a mates Merc and thats just standard, this is the first supercharged car we have done anything with. So quite a noob to the ins and outs of supercharged life.

I've got a video, if I can somehow upload it I'll post it up. Bit dark, it was half 9 by the time I got it finished.

For the 20 minutes for so it ran for, it was p good!

If ur tensioner isn't right the belt will jump and shred u may need to fit a small washer under the bottom edge of the tensioner to align the belt a little better.

But if we sort the tensioner issue i.e correct hole u should see a fast improvement.

Got 2 belts, 5pk788 which I reckon May be too small and a 803 which is the same size as the last one. Gonna change over the tensioner and blast a belt on and see if it happens again.

Oh and the pacelforce turned up today...

138mm Merc pulley. I imagine it'll be too small, but I thought might as well see.

My own stupid mistake for getting sidetracked and forgetting I hadn't cleaned it out! Won't be making that mistake again. Everything is sorted now though so just need to purchase a new charger.
