I cannot tell you how unlikely you are to find that info lol. I am yet to see a wiring diagram for a UK spec LS400, you can't even buy the wiring manual from Lexus as you can with many other models.
However the LS400 also has an immobiliser built into the ECU, so I don't see why you couldn't use that in place of the IS200 one. You'll have to sacrifice a key to keep the IS200 ECU happy and permanently 'mobilised' and then rely on the immobiliser in the LS400 ECU.

Marcus seems to think that you can get the immobiliser working ok with just the IS200 ecu running the ignition to the 1UZ.
