20-01-2021, 06:22 PM #13Just an update after sealing the cap yesterday, i had a little gurgle from the matrix this morning but none this evening, hopefully the cap was the cause of my issues and not the head gasket, i'll keep an eye on the coolant level and order a stat. thanks for the help guys

i'm still getting gurgling from behind the dash today though. I'll check the water levels tomorrow.
