21-07-2022, 06:35 PM #11Unless you have money to burn Tim I agree with Pat, extremist was very brave and stepped out on his own but he said if he blows up his car no big deal, he'll fit a new engine .. That's a huge risk for most people when there are countless other threads of successful implementations to go with .... And let's not forget poor extremist has disconnected his cos 'it was vibrating do badly it almost ripped the cradle off'

Alternatively grind a slot in the screw and screw it out with a screwdriver

Have test fitted pulley and had it running on tick over with charger, its the right diameter just 1 rib wider than the 5pk 790 belt im using, had to drill out the holes slightly bigger but thats it, mini bypass valve ordered, and front mount fitted so nearly there now.
