Jenson to Mclaren
Just a thought:
Renault have "questions" over their continued involvement in F1 - fact.
Could the new Merc/Brawn team just be waiting for Renault to decide what to do and thus possibly release Robert Kubica from his contract????? He would be a very good choice, and a drive for Brawn would be better than Renault IMHO.
If Renault continue then Brawn will name their 2nd driver, my money is on Nick Heidfeld.

Sauber have now taken Toyota's place in next years championship.
They have bought back their shares in the BMW team. So thats all the teams for next year sorted apart from Renault who are apparently looking at a deal with Prodrive??? now we need the drivers!!
I think this Prodrive thing will probably happen, which means Kubica will go to Mercedes - Nick Heidfeld will stay at the new Sauber I'd imagine.
We need a British GP too !
The 2010 calendar has to be sorted by December 9th, supposedly, and I fear we're going to end up with no British GP for next year. Perhaps a long-term deal can be worked out with Silverstone to bring it back there for 2011 and beyond ?
The company doing the Donington stuff has gone bust. In theory someone else could take that over, but it seems unlikely to me.
The whole Donington thing is silly, moving the GP away from London is not a good move, plus Silverstone is one of the world's greatest racing circuits. I hate Bernie, he's a t**t, especially with the talk of F1 moving to pay TV from 2014 onwards.......
Silverstone have a meeting with the old man BE on the 6th apparently. This will be the end of F1 in England or a 10 year deal at Silverstone IMO.
I'm glad I went a few years ago and got to experience the amazing atmosphere, it'll be a real shame if it disappears.
In a time when the teams are being told to cut costs the cost of the honour of hosting a GP has risen substantially - one rule for one...............
This is why the French GP was lost.
